Masterflex is introducing the L/S® Digital Console Process Drives, housed in powder-coat steel for a more economical price. These peristaltic pumps are ideal for fluid transfer, dispensing, and metering applications in laboratory, process, and washdown environments. The housings are completely sealed and IP66 and NEMA 4X rated.

These precision tubing pumps offer analog remote control options and simple programming—ideal for automated process applications. The pumps’ brushless, maintenance-free motor has ±0.1% speed control accuracy with a 6000 to 1 turndown ratio. It features a programmable dispense interval that lets users set the delay between dispense cycles for convenient, automated dispensing. Programmed calibration ensures dispense and display accuracy—the drive stores one calibration value per tubing size. The motor is reversible to purge tubing before or after pumping and to pump fluid in either direction.

The graphical LCD shows four operating modes: continuous run, timed dispense, copy dispense, volume dispense. Users can view pump performance continually. The drive is programmable via the simple membrane keypad with keypad lock/unlock feature to protect settings. Its menu includes seven languages for programming and operation.

The easy-to-clean washdown drives are resistant to common cleaning and sanitizing solutions including chlorine-based sanitizers. Simply hose down for easy maintenance.
